The History of Lupree Ltd
Lupree Ltd was established in 1993 as an Estonian- USA joint company. Since 1995 the company is based on Estonian capital.
The company has grown gradually and has become one of the leading optics' businesses in Estonia.
Our first Eagle Vision store was opened in 12 Endla St in Tallinn, in 2001 we opened our largest store in 10 Pärnu Rd in Tallinn with more than 1,000 frames and sunglasses in the selection. Nowadays we have 8 optical stores all around Estonia - 3 in Tallinn (12 Endla St, 10 Pärnu Rd, in Rocca al Mare shopping centre), 2 in Pärnu (39 Rüütli St, in Kaubamajakas shopping centre), 2 in Tartu (2 Kaluri St, in Lõunakeskus shopping centre) and 1 in Rakvere (Põhjakeskus shopping centre).
We offer a complex service to all our customers in all our stores - from eye and vision examination to video consultation and the making of spectacles.
Our staff consists of more than 60 employees - most of them sales people, optometrists and ophthalmologists. Most of our staff has obtained higher education in optometry.
The company's turnover has gradually grown from 5,5 million eek in 1994 to 33,8 million eek in 2004. In 2010 the turnover was 32,1 million eek.
We have achieved a reputation of a reliable business partner both in Estonia and abroad - we have direct contact with some of the most famous optics producers in the world: Area, DiEsse, Trevi, Fedon, Centro Style and Kontakt Lens in Italy; Elce, Viva Group in France; Tokai in Belgium and Titanic in Austria. We also cooperate with Essilor, Hoya, Luxottica, Safilo, Bausch&Lomb, Ciba Vision and Cooper Vision.
Eagle Vision optical stores have thousands of loyal customers all over Estonia - we have more than 140 thousand clients in our database and we have issued about 30 thousand loyal customer cards to our best customers.
